In stock items ship within 3-5 business days. A tracking number will be sent you via email once the package is shipped.

Ownership of packages turned over to USPS/FEDEX/UPS transfers to the buyer. We are not liable for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS/FEDEX/UPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by the carrier. We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the carrier, after that, it is out of our control. In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; you are responsible to file the claim with the carrier. We are not responsible for lost packages during transit. We are not responsible for shipments sent to forwarding services or companies. If you place an order and your shipping address is a forwarding address you are responsible for contacting your forwarding company or service to locate your shipment. We are also not responsible for weather related damage or delays. Once a package leaves our hands it is completely out of our control. Please make sure your address is correct before placing an order as we will not be responsible for incorrect addresses. Packages are insured up to $100. Once again we are not responsible for the package once it transfers to USPS/FEDEX/UPS, it is then their responsibility to deliver and handle concerns for shipping delays or lost packages. You will not be refunded for the purchase from us if the carrier loses the package. Please make sure all addresses are correct, we will not refund for wrong addresses on your part.
